Founded in 2018, Montgomery Sky Farm is 50 acres of purpose, passion, and possibility. Helmed by Chef Taylor Montgomery, James Beard Award Semifinalist Best Chef: Southeast, and his wife, Fran, Montgomery Sky Farm is more than a working farm. It is an expression of intentional living, where regenerative farming, private dining experiences, and animal rehabilitation and rescue intersect to honor the land and all who share it. We continue to push boundaries while remaining rooted in sustainability, care, and second chances, for animals, for people, and for the soil beneath our feet. Nurtured by the support of our surrounding Western North Carolina and upstate communities, we look ahead with excitement, guided by the belief that in life, you have to keep pushing, because the sky is limitless.
